Soumava Sengupta
CEO
Shome has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Leadership roles across Unilever, SC Johnson and GSK Consumer Healthcare. He started his career in 1998 with Unilever and was in various sales and marketing roles with them for around 11 years. The last role with Unilever was as the Regional Director in the Pepsi Lipton Global JV. Shome moved from Unilever to SC Johnson as their Category Head for India in 2009 where he was leading their Home Pest Control Business. In 2012 he joined GSK Consumer Healthcare India and was with them till March 2018. The last role he did with them was as Innovations Director, Nutrition Business for the India Sub Continent. He was part of the Global Nutrition Category Team and the India Marketing Leadership Team. Shome has been associated with the BUILD team for the last three years leading the development of the entire strategy and marketing mix of the BUILD. brand

Shri qualified as a physical therapist from Mumbai University and thereafter completed her post-graduation from the same university in 2003.

hri qualified as a physical therapist from Mumbai University and thereafter completed her post-graduation from the same university in 2003. With over 19 years of international healthcare experience across UK and UAE, Shri has performed several roles including clinical physiotherapy, health promotion and education, research training, service organization and healthcare administration. She has additional qualification in health care management and holds clinical licensures to practice in India, UAE and USA. Before moving back to India, Shri was working as Director-Rehabilitation for Burjeel Medical City, a leading healthcare service provider in UAE. A self-confessed gym addict and trained dancer, Shri has been involved in fitness training and nutrition for over 20 years.
